Thomson Learning Life of Edition Returns Policy
Thomson Learning will accept up to 100% returns on all Thomson Learning books, supplements, and software, in saleable condition, for the life of the edition.

This policy applies for all Thomson Learning products (excluding items purchased on a limited or non-returnable basis and custom-published products).

Superseded editions must be returned within 120 days of publication of the new edition as announced in the Thomson Learning Bookseller's New or by May 1 of each year, whichever is later. Out-of-print books must be returned within 120 days from the date of notification in the Bookseller's News. All books must be returned in saleable condition.

Returned books and software should be shipped prepaid by traceable means. Also, to ensure proper credit, each carton should be accompanied by a packing list indicating the quantity and title(s) returned, plus the original invoice number and date.

Privacy Policy
Thomson Delmar Learning is sensitive to privacy issues on the Internet and we believe it is important you know how we treat your information we receive on the Internet.

You can visit most parts of Thomson Delmar Learning's websites without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. Our web servers collect the domain names, not the e-mail addresses, of visitors. This information is collected to measure the number of visits, average time spent on the site, pages viewed, etc. Thomson Delmar Learning uses this information to measure the use and to improve the content of our site.

There are times, however, when we may need information from you, such as your name and address. Email addresses that are volunteered on our websites, submitted on product registration cards or submitted during purchase are used for our information listserve updates.
